The coursewares in UniCLIQ.com portal were developed together with "Guru pakar" or subject-matter-experts from the Malaysian Ministry of Education (MOE), who were seconded to the company from year 1999 to 2002 during the development of the coursewares for the Smart School Pilot Project. As such, the contents were based on the National curriculum for Malaysian Schools at that point in time.

The teaching and learning processes relating to curriculum, pedagogy, assessments, and teaching & learning materials were designed to help students learn more effectively and efficiently.

The coursewares enable students to practice self-assessed and self-directed learning at their own learning pace.
While there may have been some changes to the subject syllabus over the years, the subject matter and learning outcomes remain relevant to this day.

Certain subjects were developed in Bahasa Malaysia.

They are:

  1. Science - Year 4 , Year 5, Year 6, Form 4  and Form 5
  2. Mathematic - Year 4 , Year 5, Year 6, Form 4  and Form 5


All other subjects are developed in English.

While the coursewares remain the Intellectual Property of the Malaysian Government, UniCLIQSdnBhd (formerly known as Telekom Smart School SdnBhd) was given the marketing rights to the coursewares by the Government for a 50 years period.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case of dissatisfaction with our learning contents package, customers have the liberty to cancel and get a refund from us.

Our Policy for cancellations and refunds will be as follows:

  1. Cancellation of learning contents package must be made within ten (10) days from the date of registration, via email or written letter. Verbal requests will not be entertained.
  2. Requests received later than ten(10) days will also not be entertained.
  3. The refund amountpayable will be after deducting an administrative fee of Ten Ringgit Malaysia (RM10.00) only.
  4. If paid by cheque, refunds will be issued to the original bank account provided at the time of purchase, less the administrative fee.
  5. Requests for changes to the package subscribed has to be submitted by email or letter, with the complete details of the current package and intended new package.
  6. However, approval for the subscription package changes is entirely at the discretion of the company.
